The result of a harmonious blend of three Champagne grape varieties, this subtle mix gives our Bicentenaire cuvée remarkable balance, a true signature of style.
Gross dosage at 7g/L
Aged for 5 years in the cellar and 6 months in Cognac casks
Blend of 60% Chardonnay, 30% Meunier, and 10% Pinot Noir
Journey of the Senses:
« This wine has a unique aromatic depth: notes of dried fruit, subtle oak, and a full-bodied, almost silky palate.
