Our Cuvée, more commonly known as G5, combines bold choices, contemporary inspirations, and respect for traditional expertise to create a champagne that bears the mark of renewal.
Gross dosage at 6g/L
Aged for at least three years in the cellar, 50% in oak barrels and 50% in stainless steel vats.
100% Chardonnay
Champagne limited to 2,000 bottles per year
